All items ship from the studio in Brooklyn through USPS, FedEx or UPS. At the moment, shipping is within the United States only. Made to order products require a 4 four week lead time until shipment.

Returns + Exchanges

Items can be returned in original packaging undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Please email hello@dunebrooklyn.com with the details of your return before sending. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can my pieces go in the dishwasher and microwave?

Placing pieces in the microwave and dishwasher can affect the strength of the ceramic and cause cracks over time. Neither are recommended on a regular basis, but once in awhile is probably fine. Hand wash pieces and allow to air dry.
